On Saturday November 11, two of our five VEX VRC teams competed at Beechgrove Academy in Kent. As usual we dominated the tournament with our teams in the top four places all day. And we won!

This team worked professionally to win the tournament with Highgate’s Memento Mori as their alliance partners, so gaining the qualifying spot for the UK Robotics National Championships next year.

After dominating the tournament they came in third after narrowly missing a win at the quarter finals. This team have worked really well all season and are always in the top four places in the tournaments in whcih they compete.

All our teams are now rebuilding, testing and refining their robots for the really challenging competition in Coventry next Saturday and Monday, where they will face the best teams from all over the country, most of which they will not have competed against this season. They have a long way to go but they all have their sights set on the World Championships.
