Debate Mate Round 2 of the Urban Debate League at Hornsey School for Girls.

This House Would Rather Use Rehabilitation Methods for Criminal Offenders Over Retribution (Prepared Motion)
Both teams won a debate each and were up against some healthy competition which they really rose to!
