6th form students enjoyed a session on investment banking with Natwest Markets led by Oliver Martines, a managing director in their foreign exchange department. There were 8 representatives in total, representing capital markets, foreign exchange, and their interest rates division. The students learnt about the bank, their day-to-day activities, and heard from a diverse group of individuals about how to embark on a career in the industry, giving students the benefit of their experience with a presentation, followed by a Q&A session that they found very insightful.
