13th Jul 2021Our Year 9 Mandarin students are now into their second week of their virtual trip to China. This replaces the actual trip they were planning last year, but which didn't, sadly, happen.
Each day they have virtual lessons from a teacher from a Chinese university, then they connect to their Chinese peers for a chat (yes, a chat in Mandarin) and finally they take part in a different cultural event.
Brava Jalika, who was brave enough to represent us in a cultural event in which she sang in front of the whole virtual MEP group - amazing voice! Not only the Chinese students but also some from other British schools on the Mandarin programme.
